Weight Results Week 3

Weight loss continues

Not as much weight loss this week as last.  Only .6 lbs this week.  However having said that, I did miss taking my Garcinia Cambogia 2 days this last week.  On those days I did notice that my cravings for food were greater. I ate a big hamburger and baked potato and a frosty one day that I can remember and then another day I ate a bunch of junk food, pizza and a soft pretzel and A LOT of regular soda instead of my normal Diet Dr. Pepper.

More on Side Effects

Pastrami BurgerI talked about the supposed side effects of Garcinia Cambogia last week.  I mentioned the only one I have had so far is the nausea.  Well this week I have discovered if I eat a meal high in fat after taking it like a pastrami burger, drool, or a chicken salad sandwich, lots of mayo = lots of fat, it gives me a headache not long after eating.

Granted they’re not my normal migraines by any stretch of the imagination.  So they’re almost not noticeable.  Until I move my head to look to either side.  Otherwise my weight loss has been enough that I’m going to stick with the Garcinia Cambogia for at least until I hit my weight loss goal.

FitBit

I don’t know if I’ve said this before but my FitBit also tracks sleep, calories, water intake and a bunch of other stuff.  It also posts a link of my weekly stats to my Facebook page.  Which I am not linking here cause some stuff needs to be private.  But I will post the links here.  So you can see what I’m doing with my FitBit.  My FitBit Stats
