Weight Loss Week 2
So this is the second full week of taking Garcinia Cambogia. I have gotten better at doing taking it as directed. 1 hour before meals. Sometimes though because Garcinia Cambogia has appetite suppressant properties I go longer than an hour before eating. I have noticed though that when taken exactly as directed I do eat less. I’m happy with a less than 400 calorie salad where as before I would also want a large fries and a Frosty to round out the meal. So that’s a very good thing.
Garcinia Cambogia is purported to only have a few side effects. Including but not limited to nausea, headache, and diarrhea. So far I have only experienced the nausea and that’s when I waited too long after taking it before eating. I was out with my husband at Wal-Mart and he decided we needed to make another stop before getting food in my belly. Other than that my weight loss has been ongoing. 3.8lbs lost this week. And that wasn’t changing my diet at all. I was just eating what I was craving.
I think maybe next week I’ll adjust my diet some and try to eat healthier. We’ll have to see how it goes. It’s not always easy with a full time job, a part time job, migraines, and trying to keep the house clean and the laundry done to make a healthy meal at home though. I will just have to make better decisions when I go out instead of fries I’ll have a salad or baked potato as a side. Or maybe just a salad instead of a burger.
As usual my stats are included below. I know I said I’d start to include measurements other than weight this week but I’ve been a bit hectic this week and haven’t measured my self yet.
