Last week I posted about my weight. How unhappy I was with it and what I was trying to do to fix it. This week has been just over 7 days since my last post but I did weigh myself on Saturday so it was 1 week of weight loss (or in this case gain.)
I have been taking my Garcinia Cambogia like a good little girl MOST of the time. There were times when I wasn’t able to. Like when I was at Earth Jam helping my friend set up before I had to get to bed and I was starving from all the work and didn’t have it on me.
I told you last week that I was going to start taking Garcinia Cambogia to help with my weight loss. I didn’t actually lose any weight this week as I stated above. I gained 1.8 pounds. However, it was PMS week and historically I gain 3 to 5 pounds this week.
Considering I gained just over half of my normal bottom number for this week I count that as a win. Next week’s stats will probably be off as well as I will lose addition weight due to my normal monthly visitor.
I have found that the Garcinia Cambogia has made other changes in me. When I do take it as I’m supposed to my appetite is much much lower. I have almost no cravings for sweets. Which almost any woman out there can tell you during PMS week to not crave chocolate and sugary food is a miracle. I also have an amazing amount of energy and sleep less than I was before but am not tired.
The not so great part of Garcinia Cambogia, the part they don’t advertise or put on the bottle, is the change in bathroom habits. Apparently this is a common side effect of the pills. Garcinia Cambogia works in a couple of different ways. One of which is that it blocks some of the fat you eat from being absorbed. Well that fat has to go somewhere and it’s not back up.
Other than that I haven’t had any of the other side effects that some people complain about. No headaches. No inability to sleep. No gassy bloated feeling. It’s all good.
Last week I complained about how my FitBit had stopped working after just over a month of owning and using it. Well my replacement came on Friday. A day earlier than expected based on the tracking number provided.
It feels good to have it back on my wrist and I’ve already noticed a change in my movements. I had stopped taking walks on my breaks and lunch without it. I had started driving to the corner gas station for soda instead of walking. Now I’m walking for all of that again.
